OPEN MIC-COMIZI TEATRALI, A CYCLE THEATRE SHOW

A theatre-dance play with the aim of promoting theatre in a widespread way in the city

The show, conceived during the pandemic in the summer of 2021, stems from a reflection on the changes taking place due to the pandemic, from the conditions of fragility, but also from the presence of a social and cultural network capable of developing solidarity practices that today is going through a phase of weakness.

The first edition was presented on SATURDAY 25th SEPTEMBER in Pescara, with double performance. The direction and conception is by Monica Ciarcelluti and sees the participation of dancers Manolo Perazzi and Gisela Fantacuzzi, actors Serena Di Gregorio, Ottavia Orticello and Marco Paparella and the musician Piero Delle Monache.

OPEN MIC-COMIZI TEATRALI, a cycle-theatre and dance show with the aim of promoting theatre in a widespread way in the City and also reaching those audiences who do not attend theatres, normally, either because they are on the margins and in the peripheries and therefore in a condition of discomfort, or because they are affected by the pandemic.

The project is financed with the contribution of the Municipality of Pescara Assessor Nicoletta Di Nisio, Disability Policies Listening to Social Discomfort Social Associations. It was carried out in cooperation with the “Cesare Di Carlo” Association, FIAB Pescarabici, the FLAG Costa di Pescara, Il Gatto con I Pedali, Usca Artistiche, FattidiTeatro, ULE- Università della Libera Età.
